It al...I understand your frustration on this issue. It also surprises me that Democrats are pushing for this legislation. I would expect the GOP to make an attempt at regulating video game habits. However, let us understand that Gov. Blagojevich has been controversial lately, and this video game legislation makes him look good in front of parents.<BR/><BR/>While I agree that video games should be sold to consumers of the appropriate age, new legislation, which seems to change ESRB rating definitions, isn't the solution. In fact, the problem with young children getting their hands on inappropriate video games rests on enforcement of the current ESRB ratings. Instead of making the video game industry change its ratings scheme, the state should enforce the current restrictions.
